SmartFlow Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
SmartFlow is an intelligent workflow platform combining artificial intelligence, automation and integration with calendar and CRM systems. We provide AI chatbots and high-converting websites to businesses. The data controller is SmartFlow, contacto@smartflow-pt.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the name, email or phone you provide in our plan request and contact forms, as well as the messages you send to our support chatbot. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data securely. SmartFlow does not store card numbers.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the contracted service and improve our chatbots and websites. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with sub-processors needed to deliver the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for bookings), each with its own privacy policy.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to deliver the service and for applicable legal periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
